W-Supplies (hereinafter, "the Provider") operates a B2B portal for the distribution of logistics supplies, industrial packaging, high-strength tapes, and pallets. The service enables the automation of consumable orders, large-scale quotations, and internal logistics management for distribution centers in Argentina.

Access to the portal is restricted to companies and professionals in the logistics sector who have completed registration and have been approved by the Provider. Use of the service for personal or non-commercial purposes is not permitted.

To use the portal, the Client must register by providing truthful and complete information: company name, tax ID, fiscal address, contact details, and business references. The Provider reserves the right to reject applications without stating a reason.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any activity carried out from their account will be considered as performed by the Client. In the event of unauthorized use, the Client must immediately notify info@whiskysupplies.com.

Orders placed through the portal constitute a binding offer. The Provider will confirm acceptance via a purchase order issued by the system. Quoted prices are valid for 15 business days from the issuance of the quotation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Large-scale quotations (volumes exceeding 500 units per product line) require approval from the commercial department and may be subject to special payment and delivery conditions. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices due to fluctuations in raw material costs, notifying the Client at least 5 days in advance.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Client in the order. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the order confirmation. The Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or access issues at the Client's address.

The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancy in quantity must be recorded on the delivery note and notified to the Provider within the following 24 business hours. After this period, the delivery will be deemed accepted.

The Provider guarantees that the supplied products meet the technical specifications indicated in the catalog. However, the suitability of the product for a specific application is the Client's responsibility, who must evaluate the conditions of use according to their operational needs.

Under no circumstances shall the Provider's liability exceed the value of the corresponding order. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profits, or any other economic loss arising from the use of the products or the service.

The Client accepts that the use of the portal is at their own risk. The Provider does not guarantee that the service is free from errors, interruptions, or viruses, and recommends implementing appropriate computer security measures.

All content on the portal, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, databases, and software, is the property of the Provider or its licensors. The reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of such content is prohibited without express written consent.

The Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive license to use order and transaction data for statistical purposes and service improvement, provided the confidentiality of the Client's information is maintained.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at policy.html. The Provider collects registration data, order history, and product preferences to manage the service and offer personalized recommendations.

The Client may request the rectification, cancellation, or portability of their data by contacting info@whiskysupplies.com. The Provider will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified to the Client via email or notice on the portal at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect will imply acceptance thereof.

These terms are valid indefinitely as long as the Client maintains an active account. The Provider may suspend or cancel access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms, after prior notification to the Client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
